Michigan ProStart Invitational
The statewide Michigan ProStart Competition brings together ProStart students and schools from across the state for two days of competition as these rising talents showcase their talents in the hospitality industry. First place winners of the Culinary and Management competitions secure their spot at the ProStart National Invitational in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition, more than $850,000 in scholarships were available at the 2024 competition to support students as they continue their post-secondary education in hospitality-related fields. The statewide Michigan ProStart Competition brings together ProStart students and schools from across the state for two days of showcasing their talents in the hospitality industry. |

The Nate Santelli ProStart Summer Camp
The Nate Santelli ProStart Summer Camp was created in 2016 as a resourceful and educational experience for ProStart students. Students spend four days at camp learning from industry leaders, refine their culinary skill and be challenged to grow as a team player and leader as a renowned training facility. |
