Here's how it works.
Collect your tart cherries at the teacher roundtable on
January 15. |
Watch a chef demonstration with Michigan Tart Cherry Juice and Dried Michigan Tart Cherries at the January ProStart teacher training.

Return to the classroom
and let the fun begin. |
Help students work on recipe development, play with new flavor profiles, master their plating and expertly photograph their finished dishes.

Submit recipes by February 17.
|
And the cherry on top?
The top five classrooms will receive prize money, be featured in MHF promotional materials, and have their recipes turned into recipe cards for distribution.
First prize: $500
Second prize: $200
Third, Fourth and Fifth prizes: $100 each
